hi everyone, i have had a super box for a few months now and all okay apart from one or 2 channels being silent and missing, but had all the good ones. anyway, it started rebooting itself all the time but would work when came back on, when i came in from work the other day all of the channels are gone apart from the council TV!! LOL i dont know what to do? i am not that tech minded really, had a look at some of the stuff on here but would like to clarify what to do? 1 - find out whether gen on clone? 2 - connect it to a PC? 3 - delete current channels using 0000? 4 - install and save with 1570? what is an emu key? please help and please remember i am not the best at this stuff, keep as simple as poss, thank you for your help in advance carrie xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

okay so i think ive got a genuine one, the scart is on the right side when i look from the front of the box. i have downloaded -GTRom_Super_8.00 I got these details from the box The Box Super API Ver: 7.05e_E Boot Ver: 8.0 10. Apr.2008 So i if i use the file downloaded will i be able to get channels?
That's why I am asking - where is the location, the firmware fix for the super is out amd working fine, released today.
