Ok heres a guide I made for the newbies you can even print it of for ya freinds as it tells ya all the download places

    COMPUTER REQUIREMENT
    1.-A DVD REWRITER DRIVE
    2.-5 GB HARD DISK SPACE
3.-AN AVERAGE SPEED PROCESER 1.5GH OR HIGHER
    4.-A DVD-R or DVD+R or DVD-RW or DVD+RW DISK
    5.-THIS GUIDEJ

    1.SOFTWARE DOWNLOAD
    2.DVD RIPPING/DECODE-DVD COMPRESSING
    3.DVD BURNING

    1.SOFTWARE DOWNLOAD:
Before you can burn an a store bought DVD you need to download 2 types of program NUMBER 1: A decode program called DVD shrink
NUMBER 2: A burn program called NERO
You can download both of them for FREE from http://www.afterdawn.com
If you are still on a dial-up connection DVD shrink will take about
30 min and NERO will take 90 min

If you are on broadband DVD shirnk will take 3 min and NERO will take 9 min.

You then have to install them both incluing NERO although you might not know why straight away but it will become clear later.

    2.DVD RIPPING/DECODE
On all store bought DVD,s there is a protective code called CSS (which is why you cant copy with most DVD burn programs) but lucky for us it got broken .
    1. Open up DVD shrink
    2. Then click on open disk (it will be anaylised and take about 30sec)
3.At the top of the screen you will see a green bar with the number 4464MB on the right hand side, this is the size of your DVD.
4.First take a look at the main movie and see if its above 60% if it is go straight to DVD BURNING part of this guide however if it below 60%
you need to compress some other part of the DVD or else you will have a poor copy
5.The best thing to get rid of is the unneeded sound.
To get rid of the unneeded soud simply deselect all the sound boxes
    EXCEPT English AC3 5.1

Something else you can do is compress the bonus features to do this
you click on extra then click on the arrow where it says Automatic and
change it to Custom Ratio and drag the percentage bar at the top to
    make percentage LOWER

After you have done 1 or both of these you then should go back to main
movie change it to custom ratio and raise the percentage as far as it will
go WITHOUT making any of the bar go red .

    3.DVD BURNING
    1. Now click on backup
2.Go to Burn Settings set the burn speed to 2.4 and MAKE SURE burn at
least 30mm has a tick in it
3.Go to to DVD Region and make sure that DVD region free is selected 4.Go to backup options and DEselect low priority or else it will take for
    ever
    5.Cick Target device
Select your target device this will be your DVD RW with your blank
DVD in it and select the file in your hard drive you want the
temporary file to go(you can delete this after) Then click OK

It will then begin to encode this will take about 30min and then (as long as you have NERO installed) it will begin to burn to the disk automatically this will take about 20 min.

CONGRATULATIONS YOU HAVE YOUR COPY J

    NOTE:
While your DVD is burning you cannot use your PC for anything else because it uses almost all your CPU power (unless you selected low priority but that sucks)

    BRITISH LAW:
DON’T BE FOOLED IT IS LEGAL TO MAKE COPIES OF DISKS YOU OWN HOWEVER
    IT IS ILLEGAL TO
1.MAKE COPIES OF DISKS THAT YOU DO NOT OWN
2.TO LEND COPIES TO ANYONE WHO DOES NOT OWN AN ORIGANAL COPY OF THE DISK
    3.TO SELL COPIES

    US LAW:
THIS IS WHAT PEOPLE GET OUR LAWS MIXED UP WITH
    IT IS ILLEGAL TO
    1.DOWNLOAD ANY ANTI CSS PROGRAM
    2.MAKE ANY COPIES
