Hey everyone I have an Alpine In-Dash player that two years ago would play any burned audio CD I made, but as the newer, higher speed media came along, it has gotten to where it will never spin up the disk, or will finally spin it up after about 15 minutes. I'd like to solve the problem without buying a new player for the near term - any solutions? regards Benitez
1. Lower burning speed (e.g. 8x or 12x) 2. Try different media. I've had good experiences with TDK 48x manufactured by Tayo Yuden playing back fine on old standalone equipment.
