Hey guys, new to the forums, but I've been reading them for a while. I've soft modded my XBOX and now I want to play LIVE. I accidentally deleted my Linux profile and installer so i cant turn off my softmod. I downloaded the same profile and installer and promts me to install again. I( choose to and it gives me an error as soon as it starts writing the Linux files onto my xbox. I have EVOX if that will affedt anything. I either need to know how to uninstall the softmod or FTP tp my box and need to know which files to delete. Thanks. P.S. I get error code 112 when i try to install evox or unleashx
So you didnt use Sid 4 and use the Dual-boot option? there should be a restore option restore your ms-dash and then remove the softmod....
Sry I just now checked this.lol It doesnt even give me that option. It's like the installer doesn't know there was a former linux install. the thing is my xbox works perfectly but i need to uninstall the linux to go on LIVE. If somone could explain how to use Slayers restore, or something like that. I want to put my xbox back to the state it was pre-mod. Thanks
yea just put the game u used to install the softmod with in the first place back in and click restore.....
