I had some piece shit of speakers before and the sound was shit, now i bought a 129$ worth of audio so its good. Its still not good though the sound istn't as good as it should be. I had this problem before with the drivers. So I download ac Realtek 97 and the sound worked but my real driver should be the Yamaha that came with the computer. How can i fix this driver problem because its obviously not the speakers..???
Try the official website to download the drivers for the soundcard or goto the windows update site and see if they have them. Or failing that, try rolling back the drivers to the last known working drivers.
