I am either thick or i don't understand. I bought an RS232 cable today (serial to USB)i have followed instructions after instructions but don't seem to get anywhere. I get as far as 'downloading' but it just froze it doesn't ,move from 0% on my screen (pc) it stayed like that for over 45 minutes then i gave up PLEASE HELP i am going madddddd.

I tried to buy one from Maplin but the sales assistant told me that they didn't sell them!! I took the USB lead back and shock they did have it so everything is up and running as it should be thankyou.
