ok i just saw that the san diego reserve has droped down to 380 is there something wrong with it why has the other 4000+ stayed the same price http://www.monarchcomputer.com/Merchant2/merchant.mv?Screen=CTGY&Store_Code=M&Category_Code=AMD64 also what is the diff between clawhammer and san diego
Clawhammer is 130 nm. San Diego is 90 nm. Smaller is better, so San Diego is better. At stock speeds, they perform the same, but the smaller core uses less power and heat. There is no reason to go with the Clawhammer if the San Diego is cheaper. Get the SD. As stated its 90nm vs 130nm for the clawhammer. Might be cheaper because its cheaper for AMD to make (smaller = more chips from same size wafer). Also, at 90nm tech it is lower power/less heat which = better overclocking.
