hi i am thinking of getting a dvd burner my pc has amd-k62 500 mhz windows xp service pack 2 256 mb of ram 60 gb hardrive and etc just wondering if my pc can handle one or i need a specific model version or just cant have one at all.
Your processor is on the slow side but should work. Just don't expect a dvd to burn fast. Your Ram is bare minimum for running XP so it will need to go to 512 or more. HD is ok if you have at least 10 to 15 gig free(15 gig is better). Jerry
