AMD Sempron

    I'm trying my best to stay under a 200 budget to build a computer for a friend. He's only using it for going on internet and music. Should i go with a decent priced Sempron or find a cheap Intel?

    If it's not for gaming, then a Sempron or an Intel Celeron will be fine.

    id go for a sempron to keep the cost down. they tend to better procesors than the celerons anyway
