I'm not sure where this belongs, so feel free to move it. I don't wish to start a "mine is best" war, just some info, please. I recently had a DVD drive installed that I felt was defective, but rather than remove it, the shop told me it was fine and my problem was using AMD for anything video but AMD was good for gaming. I, personally, feel this is garbage but, now, I'm curious. I have never heard such a thing and have never seen any problems encoding and burning with an AMD. Thanks
