hahaha... funny one not only the mods have soem sence of humor they even ban the guy lol... i wanted to post here before.. but i didnt had the time... well im off to L.A now... time for the E3 again ^_^...
Account, I have no direct problem with you for what has happened. Although I am not too comfortable with the words Iverson68 has said. As for the ban request I had already did it when I first posted because he had no understanding for aD's rules (and he didn't care if he was banned) nor seemed to want to comprehend why they are there. As long as something like this doesn't happened again everything will be fine. Especially since you have been under watch for a while now as a modder who has benefited off of aD's popularity with no advertising fees payed to the owners here. I understand this was "out of your hands" but still you have to hold a little accountability because of the underlying truth that you are a modder who has had sales for no cost to you at the expense of aD (seeing as a "bad" sale can be used to hold aD accountable although unlikely but still it is not up to me to take that chance nor would I want to anyway). _X_X_X_X_X_[small]Please Search before posting http://forums.afterdawn.com/search . They can never ban a person for ever. (As you can see im back but with a new name) Oh and just incase you wanted to know, this is JrIverson68
it's too bad this forum doesn't have an irc like command to /ignore ..... and you're 'i don't give a sh*t' attitude isn't gonna help ya dick squat when people use their 'own' methods to ignore you. have fun lurking in the shadows
Never ban a person forever ehh... I was once banned by mistake(but then had my account re-activated) and when I tried to login it would say that if you continue to make a new account and break forum rules then they will complain to your isp and can even take legal action against you... So this time around try not to get baned ;-)
funniest thing I ever read was in the terms and conditions of a forum - it was a legal contract that stated that you agree to a $1200 fine invoice-able if you are banned and are setting up a second account under a different name... sounded scary but not sure how enforceable it would be - even though it was officially a contract... So pretty much by clicking continue on a new account you agreed to the terms of the contract and if you were found to be the same person as one previously banned they would send you an invoice to be paid within 7 days, and you have to pay legally as you agreed to this when joining...
Yea I read about the part with legal actions to. But what if I say this was a different person (if this whole post wasn't here) and then what proof would they have of it? So it's hard to ban some one for a long time before they make a new account.
Ive seen one person who was banned 18 different times and the only difference between all of his names was one number and it was the same post he just kept using a different name and kept replying on the post.
how stupid...... i got banned 3 time before i became good girl admit it everybody likes to break the rules once in a while its just human nature Maria =)
