Hi there, I'm a new member and seeking for any one's help. I started my mobile phone tools setup and once it is done, a small box named Unhandled Exceptions says: Error# 0x80040707 DLL function call crashed. Pbkinstall._GetBookNames. Could any one of you guys help me in this regard. Kindly regards

I'm using the 2.2 version... however, I've installed this program last week and it was OK. .hen I removed to reinstall again and then tha problem happened.
uninstall mpt install 1.23 then upgrade to 2.23 . start program wait till it ask you to plug in the phone . it should work fine then
