Analyse works but I hit the backup button for encoding stage and Shrink exits

    I can Analyse on ship but I hit the backup button for encoding stage shrink exits.

    Yes I tried reinstalling DVD shrink and this did not work. I just wanted to know if this would anything to do with the version of nero I would have? I have version 6.6.0.17.
