    OK I spent about two hours reading through threads and I cannot find one that looks to have the same problems I am facing.

    I can create a project including chapters and menus. But anytime I try to burn or write to a hard disk folder I get one of two errors and Nero stops.

    the first is

    [20:16:30] DVDEngine ########################################################################################
    [20:16:30] DVDEngine ERROR
    [20:16:30] DVDEngine cause: 25 (dvdvideo_spec_violation)
    [20:16:30] DVDEngine source: VOBU_S_PTM is 22908948, but shall be equal to VOBU_E_PTM (4294040120) of preceeding VOBU.
    [20:16:30] DVDEngine description: _DVDProcessor::VerifyDesc()
    [20:16:30] DVDEngine ########################################################################################

    and the second is

    [21:08:40] DVDEngine ########################################################################################
    [21:08:40] DVDEngine ERROR
    [21:08:40] DVDEngine cause: 128 (nmc_processing_exception)
    [21:08:40] DVDEngine source: CDVDProcessor::processSector
    [21:08:40] DVDEngine description: buffer overflow
    [21:08:40] DVDEngine ########################################################################################

    Any help?

    instead of posting just the ERRORs in the log...... why not post the whole, complete log so we can see what's going on!

    In most cases when Nero can't even write to the hard drive, it's because of what the file is/or the file might be corrupt and Nero can't process it. This is why we need to see the whole log.

    I'll do that when I get to the house. I just have this thing about posting really long posts, I hate to clutter up the forum. And the two error logs are long.

    Thanks for the response and I will get to logs up this afternoon.
