android mxq...newbie

recently purchased mxq box and being complete newbie purchased fully loaded model after some very good after sales help managed to achieve some degree of success prob I have now is that I have a notice on the screen which says SWIPE DOWN FROM TOP TO EXIT FULL SCREEN and below it the word OK in a separate box does anyone know how I can remove this as I said am complete android newbie ...... any suggestions would be most appreciated...still no success am I just being thick do I need to use a mouse or a keypad.....being disabled get a lot of help and satisfaction out of net and thought android box would give me another avenue of escape love it to bits if only I could get rid of that annoying notice lol....cheers Derek.
