i take my save off of my ez4 lite its a .sav file i do the modifacations then when i go into the game it acts as if nothing happened. can anyone help me im using map editor 1.5
Make sure you actually save the file after doing the modifcations, there is a button named "final Save" on the map editor.
Yea i do that and even when i go back to and re open the game save it still says all the modifcations are there but when i load the .sav on my ez flash nothing happpens its the normal save
I think it is how the EZIV svae system must work then. I know that if I do this with my M3 or G6 Lite I first have to make sure the game save has been backed-up from the SRAM first. I wouldn't know how to do this properly on the EZIV, but try loading a game other than Animal Crossing on the DS, then turn off the DS and try putting your modified save file on. What this should do is remove the AC save from the SRAM and write it to the SD card so that there is room in the SRAM for the save of the other game. When you then copy over the modified AC save, the EZIV will then load that into the SRAM instead of using the save that was previously stored in the SRAM. Note that is theoretical as I don't own a EZIV, so I am just guessing how it would handle game saves based on other flash cards.
Go into manage saves in the action replay tool and click on the green icon that says,"Compresses and imports a save file". Click on the file you edited. Then the file should be on the pc database and it probably has a version # next to it. Restore that file to your ds. Hope I helped!
Uh, I really wanna be able to *ahem* edit my Animal Crossing: WW account. Where can I find the "editor"?
Upload your file with an Action Replay Max Drive. Export your file to a folder (go into manage saves). Click on AnimalMap 1.5. Open your file in AnimalMap. Edit it to your liking (some restrictions). Import it back to the Action Replay program (manage saves). Download the new version of your town. Here's where you get AnimalMap: http://www.aibohack.com/nds/ac_mapedit.htm
Does any body know how to use this with a Supercard SD and a Superkey? Or is it no possible? Because I heard it's easier to use if you use a superpass or any other passme. Also, is there a way to make the ACWW trainer work with a Supercard SD and a Superkey?
Alright, I downloaded the MapEditor and saved some files I like, but I can't find them when I go to download them onto my DS MAX Drive. Where does the Editor store the updated verions of the game?
It simply updates the file you exported. Just import it back to your MAX Drive program. If AnimalMap put a version # on it, it should be like this when you import it: (file name) Ver001 (or however many times you updated it) Sorry squall23, but I don't know how to do that.
I uploaded it inot the drive, but how do I get it onto my game now? Oh, and thanks for all of the help ^_^
Go to MAX Drive DS and click on "Restore my game cart save" Click on "From my pc database" Then click on the file you want to download and click on "Next". I do this all the time so it should work.
I'm alittle confused. Again. It only has the original name, the one I put on it. Here is how far I get: Download AnimalMap. (And all things included in installation.) Check Upload my AC:WW file on to the MAX Hard drive. Check Open AnimalMap, and choose the uploaded file you wish to change. Check Change file and Click "Final Save." Check "New ActionReplay name "**** Ver###"" screen appears. Check Then what are the exact steps I have to take?
Maybe you should rename the original file on the PC database. Then you could tell which one is which. To do this, click on the icon that looks like a game cart, located next to the game save name in the PC database. If that doesn't work, delete the original and import the new file. If that doesn't work, use the directions on the website you got AnimalMap from.
yo i got action replay but it doseint have animalcrossing and it has no ds cheats do i have to add them my self and what map editer? is it for action replay?
its not cheats.. you have to backup your save, send it to your computer, edit it, send it back to the action replay, and then load it on your game.
Does anyone know if they have programs like this for other games? Like Yu-Gi-Oh Nightmare Troubadour?
