im looking for a decent programe that can do basic animation like those that you see on most forum sites
if you want basic animation, GIMP should do just fine, its free to download off of the afterdawn site at... http://www.filepedia.com/desktop_software/graphics/gimp_for_windows.cfm then go to... http://www.gimp.org/downloads/ the animation package is right there as the page is finished loading install the gimp first, then the animation package, and you should be ready to go.
is there any other program out there ?????/ i tried downloading this and it wont let me download the runntime..any other program to do this ?????/
