My old computer is running XP home and doesn't have any USB 2.0 ports. Whenever I plug in my flash drive, external hard drive, or any other USB 2.0 device for that matter, a message pops up that says "this device can perform faster" and I click x and a window pops up that lists all my USB ports. It can get quite annoying so does anyone know how to make that message stop showing?

Buy a USB 2.0 PCI card (£10) and use that instead.
