annoying voice over ??

how do i turn off the running comentary ,its so annoying ?? any ideas

 

I presume you talking about the The BOX? as you dont state what box you have, press Audio and toggle until it goes off.

You don't say which STB but if its a Starview go to the channeland press the audio speaker button on the remote then change audio option.
