DMA appears to be on, I have no idea what the SCSI stuff is and the call to Adaptec's SCSI driver. You also seem to have some Sonic Software installed which can cause problems with Nero. It might also be a good idea to put your burner as "Master" rather than Slaved as you have it now.

What's the model of your motherboard and do you have SCSI devices installed?

you have a problem with your Nero 7:
it is still using Nero 6 version engine!

    Save your serial #
    uninstall Nero
    use Nero 7 cleaning tools:
    http://ww2.nero.com/nero7/enu/Nero7_CleanTool.html
do a registry clean up, defrag, and reboot
then reinstall the stable version of Nero 7:
    http://www.filehippo.com/download_nero_7_premium/?845

you have 2 virtual drives running.... shut them down, they cause interference with Nero:.
and Nero and your Nec drive can't even recognize your media.... only that it's a DVD9!
you're Nec drive is pretty old..... it won't burn 16x media....... and the firmware is over a year old too and might have problems with newer media! so if your media is not recognized then it might be time to think about a new burner since it doesn't have any firmware update for your drive since 2005.... we are almost into 2007 and media has changed that much since.
