Hi all you may remember i built a new computer a while back and want to build a 64 system i have found most of the parts but not bought them yet as wanted your advice so here goes:

    Mobo: Asus A8N-E
    Memory: Crucial 1GB PC 3200 x 2
    DVD RW= 16x +- NEC DVD RW x 2
    HDD: Weston Digital 1200JS Caviar SE 120gb Sata2/300 x 2
Graphics Card = Saphire Radeon x800 GTO 256 GDDR3 Mb
Processor = AMD Atholon 64bit 3700+ San Diego 1mb cache
    a FDD

    a Case = £41

1st does this setup seem ok?
2nd should i just hold fire for amd to relese there updated chips to support ddr2
3rd anthing you would change or tweek
4th does £762 + carriage seem like a competive price for this?

Edit* 19" LCD Moniter = £170 on top.

    Regards

    Will

If your planning on gaming and overclocking id hold on that little while longer for the DDR2 supporting cores.

the price seems ok for now but i dont know if a system built around the revised cores will be as cheap.

what site are you getting these prices off because im thinking of getting me a 19" tft and £170 is a nice price
