Another HD Advance question

    I've been checking all over the forums for an answer to this question and haven't found it even asked yet. I just bought a 160GB Maxtor HD, I know that it's compatible for use with HD Advance but i was wondering if I could partition it and use say 80GB for games and 80GB for backup storage? Any answer would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
