another new drive revision found 1214, this time from germany mfr is may 2011.c4 is gonna be very busy.seems microsoft are just gonna keep flooding the market with different drives now.only takes microsoft a couple of minutes so come up witha new firmware.takes c4 months to write a new lt.so thats 9504 updated to 0272,0225,0401,1071 and now 1214.they really dont want their slims playing backups.
That's M$ way of saying "screw all of the piracy". I'm keeping a hold of some of the older units just in case. I've got 2 virgin slims that I'm afraid to flash just because of this. What fun is it if you have to reflash your drive every other week, or even once a month? Whomever came up with the new versions of lite-0n firmware every few weeks probably got a nice bonus......
