Just a few questions for you, but first you need to edit out your serial number and name. 1A23-... I'm assuming this is a factory DVD you're trying to copy. First of all, what are you using to bypass the copyright protection? How large is the source you're trying to copy? If it's over 4.37GB and you're trying to record to a 4.7 disc, you need to be using Recode. If you don't have decryption software (to bypass copyright protection) try the AnyDVD trial from Slysoft. http://www.slysoft.com/en/anydvd.html/

Go here and get the latest which is 1.58 Recorder: <PIONEER DVD-RW DVR-109> Version: 1.17 - HA 1 TA 1 - 6.0.0.0. you are a few versions behind on nero as well. The latest and last version of nero 6 is 6.6.0.18 at the top of your log you have your name and nero serial number.
