are you running linux on your pc or xbox, i don't know if this will help or not, but when i turn the power on my modded xbox, that same screen comes up, i have to hold down the power button to start up xecuter, i think the difference is one goes through the original microsoft bios, and the other goes to the mod chip, if your problem is with your pc, sorry, i have no clue????
