Who here has a Antec basiq? I have a 8800gt OC and it said I need a 400w power supply and this power supply is only 70 bucks and I can pick it up from the store tomorrow. Is it good? Can it handle my Video card? I am not a heavy gamer that is why I got this one instead of the High Price one.

If you aren't a gamer, then why did you get an 8800 for?

But to answer your question, I would go with something more like a 650w psu, if you have more hardware.

Well I am not a heavy gamer like I was before. I just play 2 games right now that require high graphics. I bought the 8800GT OC because too me it was pretty cheap and it would give me almost 3 times better performance then a video 60 bucks cheaper.

I'd recommend the Corsair HX 520W.

it all depends on what else u have in your system, like the CPU, hard drives, .. . . . I would go with a 500-600watt PSU
