any body got a box working in clane?

as the title states lads, my mate just moved dw to clane and was wondering if any boxes work dwn there? hes got chorus !

 

Is it Chorus MMDS that he has by any chance

 

thats y i was asking has any1 got 1 working dwn there coz he said its chorus but he hasnt got an aerial !

 

Has he got a box from the cable company? and if so what is on the bottom of the box?

 

clane is a large area covered by a cable type system as well as the ch***s aerial service, i live 10 kms away with an aerial system and it works, NOT a cable system,
u will need to give more info there is no generic answer due to 2 systems in use

 

there is no connection yet in the house. they are offering 20 meg broadband with the tv and phone package
the salesrep says they are using the existing cabling from some guy who previously supplied cable to the area so they don't need to do much work

 

You will still need to find out if it is Chorus MMDS or Chorus Cable.
