any game burned gets freezed

i put a qoob sx in my gamecube...
and i even flashed the bios, so far so good.

But, when i burned mario power tennis in a ridate miniDVD using nero 666.

the gamecube reads the minidvd but exactly when trying to play it get freezed.

what am I doing wrong
is it nero???
is it the chip?

any manual to burn de isos correctly on a miniDVD.

i've been trying all morning to run that game over a broadband adapter and PSO. NO LUCK
