Some of my games give me a black screen and just stall there... The games that arent working for me are Streetfighter Zero 3 DU, and Initial-D SS. Any suggestions? Working Games currently running - Naruto Portable, Monster Hunter JS, Mind Quiz, and Bleach HtS 3. [Note, I havent tried on any other FW other than this, but that may not seem to be the problem, since these games are fairly popular and I dont seem to find others talking about any problems] Maybe the backup images need to be patched in some way? I tried to re-compile the images using UMDGEN (I do this to customize certain games) yet still no luck.
You need to have a game in the UMD drive, then go to the recovery menu (hold R at startup), configuration, and set no-umd to disabled. Should be golden
