Any one use a Joystick to play Oblivion? wanted to know something.

I went to use my Joystick (PS2 controller with an adapter) and everything works fine except i cant find a way to move the camera. was wondering if anyone knows how or where to go so i can setup the joystick to move the camera as well so i can turn. without the camera i can only go up down left right. need to be able to turn. Even being able to turn with the keyboard would be alright.
