I've ordered this dvd from this website and they've sent me a region 3 dvd instead of a region 0. But the thing is I dont have a region free dvd player. Is there any programs that changes my pc dvd drive to region free? Also I need a program that breaks the region code so I can copy it and play it on my dvd player.
Try the free trial of anydvd by slysoft. It will take off the region code. http://www.afterdawn.com/software/video_software/dvd_rippers/anydvd.cfm You may have trouble with it if the format may not match your pc. NTSC or PAL format?
Try the free trial of anydvd. It is a background ripper. I'm not sure what programs you are using in the dvd backup process,but if you use dvd shrink - There is a setting in the backup options for those backups to be region free.That setting is usually region free, set as default.
