Any VCD player with the scanlines effect??

    Hi there,

    I've been searching for any VCD playback software with a scanlines effect that makes
    watching VCD on monitor just like on our TV,
    pardon me if this is a strange request but for me i really enjoy those effect because it seems the picture is more clearly for me, does anybody knows?

    Sorry for poor english and thanks in advance for any helps
