Any way to get save files from internet to NDS?

I was wondering if there is a way to get game save files from the internet and put it on DS to play it. I pretty sure that if I use flashcards or something similar it would work, but I'm wondering if I can use the save files without the flashcards. Would it be possible to do it? For any NDS system, either NDS, NDS Lite, NDSi

 

you can't get the files without the TF card.

 

you download the .sav file via the net, connect the micro sd TF card to pc and drag and drop, this cannot be done with a game cart.

 

So I can't use save files from the internet unless I use a flash card of some sort? Thanks
