Anybody having GOOD results with Nero 7 Ultra ?

    I keep waiting to hear somebody say that Nero 7 works just fine, since I have to decide to keep the retail box I picked up at BB for $59 (that will drop to $39 if I'm blessed with the promised rebate) or return it before my 30 days expires.

    Come on, silent majority, let me know you're out there and happily burning up a storm. If I don't hear you, I have to assume Nero laid an egg on this one.

    Nero 7 Ultra works just fine. Only issue that should be noted is that you should use their registry clean tool to remove previous versions which need to be uninstalled prior to Nero 7 installation. If you had InCD installed prior, there is a special registry clean tool for it which is highly recomended. of special note, you need to reboot your PC prior to installation of Nero 7 otherwise you will receive error warnings pertaining to InCD if it was previously installed. This is not a Nero problem since it uses the InCD helper service and as with all running services, you need to completely get rid of the old prior to installation hence the reboot. Sit back, relax and enjoy a much better product than Nero 6.

    It is fine - I've burned 3 dvd movies (Revenge of The Sith, The God Father, Heat: special edition) and so far it's going pretty sweet just like my last 6.6.0.16 as usual.

    Have just U/G'd to 7 (NVE 4) and encoded 792 2MB (8MP) digital photos as HQ DVD, animated icons, music, automatic selection of transitions (I dont know how many no No's that would be with previous version. Result - excellent! i used Adjust-> Equalize and it worked! Excellent result.
    The 3D menu is v. cool.

    Did the entire Godfather series with it and a few other with no probs...I've read some posts about it still being buggy, but for what I do with it, it seems to work fine.

    damn, every time I openen it it asks for my serial number. I enter it in and then it tell sme that its already stored in the registry or suomething, then it says there is an errror, then it works. Bt its annoyin entereing mmy code every time i want to use it :(
