Okay, I finally gave in and decided to give AnyDVD a try (using the 21 day trial) but I remember hearing that AnyDVD will cause errors when burning with Nero and cause a failed burn. Should I just exit or disable the program before attempting to burn with Nero? Or is what I read even true. Also, what settings should I use to allow me to correctly use AnyDVD with DVD Decrypter? Thanks in advance.

Thanks, it was probably just one of those weird internet rumors that get started...I have the latest Nero 7 Ultra...I'll give it a shot and see what happens.

Never had a problem with Nero and AnyDVD, perhaps you are thinking AnyDVD and DVD43 (or whatever the other program is called). Nero will conflict with Nero InCD, and with Roxio, but not with AnyDVD.

using anydvd with dvd decrypter set it up this way....

To use DVD Decrypter in conjunction with AnyDVD as stated per Olli ->OF SLYSOFT AND CLONEDVD

Proceed to the DVD Decrypter Opening Page - Tools - Settings

I/O Tab - Click on "Elby CDIO-Elaborate Bytes"

General Tab - un-check "Check For Structure Protection"

running anydvd with nero WILL NOT cause any problems

Thanks guys, gave it a shot last night and didn't run into any problems, the only potential conflict I ran into was with Imgburn, a warning came up on Imgburn that suggested I disable AnyDVD before burning, otherwise program is working great, and I think I may finally give in and buy this product....thanks guys.

    @aabbccdd

Should all other decrypter settings be on default? Thanks

Never really had any problems using these 2 together.

If & when I did have a problem what I would do first is.......

Rip movie to HD, using AnyDVD rip to hard drive function.

Then use Nero.............to burn on to disc.

Had this problem w/ Narnia. Used AnyDVD ripper, then problem solved.

My first option is using Nero Recode w/ AnyDVD,

2nd is using it w, CloneDVD.

Slightly like picture quality of Recode over CloneDVD.

    But both programs are GREAT.

ebega ,yeah the default setting will work for the rest of the program, you may have to use brute force to read some dvd that are bad/scrathed just use that when needed, other than make sure you turn off the automatic update so the program is NOT talking to the internet
