anydvd and roxio 8 issue

    Hey i am using anydvd 6.0.5.0 and I recently installed roxio easy media creator 8
    The issue is if anydvd launches at all and I try to even read a cd from my computer or explorer the machine locks up to where you need a reseet.
    Has anyone seen this before.
    If I prevent anydvd from launching at startup everything works fine but if you load it at all even after startup it screws your world up.

    Is this sonic and roxio being puds?

    I would stay away from Roxio.......in my opinion.

    Use either CloneDVD, Nero, or DVDShrink instead.( w/ AnyDVD )

    When I first started buning CDs, I had many problems w/ Roxio & started using Nero instead. Mucj better software.
