I have used AnyDVD for years. I have it installed on my new Windows Vista 64. When loaded the Fox is grey in my task bar and not red as it should be.

    Why is this?

I have deleted and reinstalled but this does not help.

    Thanks
    Tom

Quick question, I am sure that you have checked whether or not there is a check mark beside the "Enable AnyDVD" when you right click on the on the fox head in the tray.

Have you reactivated the key for the original new install? Find your key and click on it. You do have a saved key?

Yeah, I reactivated my key which I had already done BUT this time it worked. Problem solved.
