I have a problem with a couple of copies freezing toward the end. Is this a media problem or something else? Narnia and King Kong copied fine. Pride and Prejudice froze just toward the end. Burn at 8X Using Verbatim DVD-R. Any suggestions?
snuneznm, Verbatim is considered excellent media. Two suggestions: 1. You could consider slowing down the burn to 4X and see if that makes a difference. 2. I assume you are doing movie only? Some dvd players do NOT like compressed media thus overloads. You could try splitting the movies over two discs, very easy to do. sneneznm, Freezing at the end of the movies sometimes indicate burning too close to the edge. Although I can't see this as a problem with Verbatim, you can change the target size to custom. Second page in CloneDvd2 (Title configuration) instead of "dvd5" in the dropdown menu, choose custom and set at 4300.
