AnyDVD/CloneDVD 2 Changing Region Codes

    So I have purchased a dvd from the UK and I live in California, US. Would anydvd allow the dvd to be played on my computer and will it allow me to backup a copy in the NTSC region code so it could be played on my dvd player? I'm not quite familiar with "terms" but hopefully someone can understand my question. :)

    I am using the most current version of anydvd and clonedvd 2.

    can a PAL disc be backedup (or converted maybe)to NTSC? Does that make sense? LOL. well any help will be greatly appreciated. thank you!
