i'm trialling anydvd and have an error message pop up on booting my pc which says no burner recognised...i've tried re-installing and changing settings without any luck.i'm running xp with a pioneer 1.08 burner, does anyone have any suggestions ?
The same thing happened to me while trying to upgrade to a newer version. What I did was to uninstall AnyDVD, reboot, download the new version and then reboot when directed by the install program.
I cant believe anybody is having problems with AnyDVD. I have been getting updates on a regular basis, and they all work fine. I t is without doubt one of the best supported pieces of software I`ve ever had. And not once has it failed me. Keep up the good work Slysoft.
I recently reformatted my computer and was having error troubles with my re-install of AnyDVD it kept telling me my burner was disabled. I stopped it by not letting AnyDVD autostart, so it is not on when the computer is booted, I just open it when I need it.
The same thing happened to me after updating to 5.3.2.1. Even if I disable auto-start I get the error on booting up the computer. I figured what the heck and put in a movie anyway. The data window for the disc popped up and AnyDvd worked just fine. Just a glitch maybe?
