    Hello,
I am a new user to anyDVD and CloneDVD2. The trial period worked fine for me and then I had problems with my laptop and had to do a system restore. I then purchased both anyDVD and CloneDVD2 and registered them. Now, AnyDVD will not work. I receive 2 error messages
E:\Video_TS does not exist or I receive "Cannot delete E:\Video_TS.IFO". Would something have been affected because i had to do a system restore as they worked fine before I did the restore? Any help you could give me would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks

    Hi Ilindopp,
First you need to do is to copy your licence code for anydvd and clonedvd to a cd becos in future you may need them.

Second, when you purchase anydvd and clonedvd2 did you install over them or uninstall them and install the newer programe? You only have to install over the previous programme no need to uninstall them.

By the way, is your E drive a dvd burner or just a partition from your hard disk?

And most important of all, you did not give us the full details of what are you trying to do so we can help you. If your E drive is dvd burner, try re-booting it and delete it with nero.

Hello and thank you for your reply. I installed over the trial version but I have also uninstalled AnyDVD and reinstalled thinking this might fix the problem. My E Drive is a burner and i was trying to make a copy of Boston Legal movie. I am not sure what you mean by deleting it with Nero?
    Thanks Much

    Hi,
Tell you what you need to do now.
    1. Uninstall your anydvd now and download CCLEANER from this link:
    http://www.ccleaner.com/download/
Install ccleaner and try to use this software to clean up your register file. In plain I mean run this software to do a clean up for your system.
    2. Do a re-booting and install your anydvd again. You should ok from here. You must have your licence code with you when you are trying re-install anydvd. ( I have told to copy the licence code somewhere either a cd or in somewhere c:\)

lkindopp, have you tryed another dvd? and does it do the same thing?

you may have a bad/scrathed dvd which clonedvd 2 can't read

if so try using the anydvd ripper ,rip the movie to your HD then transcode with clonedvd 2 and burn

or use another program to rip the movie (dvd decrypter)
