ANYDVD just needs to run in the background??

    So I have been burning for years and all of a sudden, I can't burn hardly anything. Using DVD Shrink and Nero. Always get the Data Error with Cyclic Redundancy when shrinking. Analyzing and Nero work OK. So I read up on here and downloaded ANYDVD and it looks like all it has to do is run in the background for DVD Shrink to be able to shrink a movie with a new copyright protection on it.

    Am I understanding this right? I mean the fact that Anydvd just needs to be installed and run in the background? Because after I installed Anydvd, I was able to burn Madagascar fine--otherwise I could not no matter what I tried.

    That's how I do it but I also use CloneDVD2 and never had any problems.

    anydvd also comes with a ripper. like randy said clone2 works the best with it. anydvd is fast becoming a must have for dvds. the only other app is dvdfabdecrypter and dvdfabexprees by fentango. u could always wait for dvd43 to be updated, if u have alot of patience.
