You will have to download the updates each time to a machine that has internet connection. They copy it and paste it to the machine that has no connection.

Why do you want to put this program on a machine that has no internet connection?

IF you saved your copy of AnyDVD on a cd-r, then save the updates on same disc, then use disc for updates on stand alone.
