Well I downloaded AnyDVD and have been using the trial version for about a week now. I started with a fresh Windows install and have all updates from Microsoft (legal copy of Windows). I have Nero 7 7.0.8.2 (purchased legal copy) but AnyDVD will not work with Recode. If AnyDVD is on Recode will not even start and the computer will act like normal, but recode will just not start. If I restart Windows and uncheck "autostart" from AnyDVD, Recode starts fine Recode will start fine, but if I start AnyDVD anytime during the process, Recode will hang and I have to restart Windows. Also, my computer kept crashing when AnyDVD was running, until I uninstalled my firewall (Zonealarm free edition), now that I'm using Windows firewall (even though I hate it) no more crashes, but I am having these Nero problems. None of my software is cracked or pirated, so I know that is not the issue, but I just want to get all these problems resolved before I decide to buy AnyDVD. Sorry for the long post, and thanks ahead of time for all suggestions.

That's really strange .. I've been using AnyDVD for several years now and I use NeroRecode2 all the time ... the firewall I use is the free edition of ZoneAlarm and my OS is XP Home SP2 ...

Maybe you should try using DVD43 as a decrypter, it works in the background like AnyDVD does .. I personally like AnyDVD better but since you have issues ...

Try using Shrink. Works fine for me.

    Hello,

May I suggest you update your version of AnyDVD as this program has been updated several times in the last week. Fist remove your old version and then install the new one, just in case your current version has been damaged.

    Cheers
