My brother who is about as computer illiterate as they come downloaded ANYDVD and loaded it to copy DVD's and remove the copy protection from his CD's. He claims that he was never sent a license and now his trial version has expired. They claim to have a response for you within 48 hours but it has been two weeks now without a response. Does anyone know of a better way to contact them to get his money back other than SlySoft's own web page? When the trial version was working he was very happy with it but their support is about non-existent.

Unfortunately I already did this and they have been totally unresponsive. I've opened two cases just to make sure that it gets handled and have not heard anything in the two weeks that I mentioned earlier.

    Yes,

I've sent email responses back to my brothers original response from them. They basically needed more information because he had no idea what questions to ask. That email that they sent to him was the one from two weeks ago. The last one that I sent was two days ago with the case number in the subject line asking them if they were going to do anything.
