anydvd

installed version 5221, now it wont do anything, wont open or work with program. i uninstalled, reinstalled, deleted folder, still nothing. any help from someone?

 

is there a fox at the bottom rt coner if yes then it is working

 

Are you using WinXP? you might want to do a system restore to get back to the point where the earlier version was working correctly and then try the update again. It sounds like you might have a few "artifacts" left over from an incomplete removal of the first version. Maybe you could remove the original first before installing the new version.

 

no fox at bottom, using xp uninstalled every thing tried restore but still nothing

 

do a complete uninstall (folders from your c drive and all) reboot check and make sure it gone from your system ,then reinstall it . hope that helps

 

tried that but no luck, deleted everything downloaded again, installed fine but wont do anything

 

remember luna anydvd runs in the background ( do you have a red fox in your traybar at the bottom)? if you do its working put in the dvd wait a few seconds for the fox to turn compltely red then your good to go.

 

no fox in tray, running clone dvd, says css so anydvd not working

 

Don't forget to restart after downloading. That could be the problem.

 

installed dvd43 to replace anydvd but i perferr anydvd

 

did eveything i can think of still nothing
