anydvd

i just downloaded anydvd. the problem is how do i start it to make a copy? every time i answer ok the program goes away and doesn't make a copy. when i go to the settings and check on drive it says d does not have a disk when if fact it has a blank in for burning and my e drive has the movie to be copied in it. how do i get this to work?

AnyDVD is just a driver that breaks encryption, if you look at your settings for your read drive you will see the encryption the original disk. It does have a built in ripper that if you right click on the redfox in the tray you can choose to rip to your HDD. Other than that you will have to usa a compressing program like DVD Shrink and another program to burn. Or download the companion program of CloneDVD from slysoft. Clone will rip/compress/burn your disk.

 

ANYDVD blows!!!What kind of software is that.You Pay $$$$$ and all u get is a DVD Ripper.Wheres the burning engine?????Theres 10 other free programs thats just as good to decrypt a DVD.ANYDVD=RIPPOFF. Anyone know of a good All in One DVD decrypter with a burning engine,i heard DVDFAB express was good,but someone told anydvd was better,but all it did was decrypt the movie,i need a burning engine.anyone know of one?

 

any dvd is the shit but you do need dvd shrink and nero and you will be able to burn any dvd you want to get those progs and you will be set dvd shrink is free but nero costs

AnyDVD will pretty much decrypt/rip any movie you throw at it.

Where other programs will not. They do not stay updated on new copy protection that comes out.

There are some free programs out there that will rip close to all but have problems with some. In those casses AnyDVD uasly can rip the DVD where the free program cant.

I use AnyDVD to rip and use DVD-RB+CCE to encode. I used to use recode2 and CloneDVD2 but encoding is defently better quility then transcoding. But in both casses I use AnyDVD to rip the copy protection from the DVD.

 

Every DVD buy sony ,i have Decrypted with DVDFAB express.It works great.Its cheaper ,and i didnt have to purchase other programs for just a burning engine.I no Anydvd is a good ripper,nodoubt about that.im just saying its sad they didnt make it with a Burner,then on DVD clone,on the bottom,it says wont work without anydvd,whats with that?

 

TROY81, I have never read so much garbage on this forum, you seem to know absolutely nothing about SlySoft. Unless you have something intelligent to say, forget it. Since when was AnyDvd burning software? Have you no idea of the copyright laws?

Pulsar-we all know why ppl Decrypt movies !!Dont be stupid,Slysoft is just another power company,that tries to sell you all five items that you dont even need.clonedvd2 ,on the bottom it says .Note that copying protected DVDS also requies Anydvd. Slysoft=scrubs. They make you buy two programs to do one job that DVDFAB express does for a Quarter of there price.And anydvd is a good ripper,its surely not worth the whooping $39.00 they ask for it.Then your still without a burning engine.LAMO.The free program called DVDFAB decrypter is just as good as anydvd,and its FREE.never had one problem using it,every sony ,Disney movie was easy. MY whole point is PPL dont need to Pay $39.00 just for a ripper,maybe if it came with a burning engine.

Damn dude, maybe if you took the time to listen/read what others are saying, you wouldn't have your panties in such a knot. You probably also would have read the description for anydvd and would've known it didn't have a burning engine before you bought it. Anydvd is a superior dvd ripper, and there are free burning engines available if you look around.

 

TROY81, insulting people will get you nowhere here. You use what you need & I'll stick to what I know.

If you are going to knock AnyDvd & its' users, you will get flack for it.

I think you need to grow up a little.

 

YOU really think anydvd is worth $39.00 just for a ripper,DVDFAB express,DVD Decrypter,DVD shrink,is just as good,and i havent purchased that orverpriced overated garbage.Anydvd,anydvd is the best,buy anydvd,tired of ppl saying its the best.Its overated garbage..It better be a little better for $39.00.You all just cant stand bashing your garbage software that you overpaid for.HAHAHA suckers

 

What AnyDVD can do that DVDFab Express cannot and that is remove the protection from CD's. This may not mean much to you, but I enjoy this feature.

 

I have to just comment on this thread:Look i have many,many programs for stater.DVDcloner2,DVDcloner3,DVD wizard pro,anydvd,DVD clone2,DVD platinum=DVDFAB gold,DVDFAB express. DVDcloner2&3 isnt very good,DVDfab gold is ok,but i dont use it anymore.anydvd is a good solid ripper,but i dont like using it.I dont like using any program that compress'es the movie.This is why i use DVDFAB express,it doest compress the movie,and doest save it to the hard drive.I learned the best way is to rip the Whole movie (not compressed)and use DL DVD-R 8.5GB disc.I use anydvd only when DVDfabexpress cant rip a movie,cause then you have more work to do,as DVDFABexpress us just put the movie in,and the empty disc,then just leave.ITS DONE

Most of the DVD programs above you mentioned will let you burn a DVD9 disc to DL media without compressing it. They give you the option to choose DVD5 or DVD9 output size.

Yes AnyDVD is only a ripper program but you could if you wanted use AnyDVD with DVDShrink/Recode2/CloneDVD2 and much more of those programs above to backup the full DVD without compression if your using Double Layer DVD Media by choosing the output size to DVD9.

So stating that DVDFAB express is better because it wont compress the DVD in some ways is false since alot of other programs out there will do it as well. Im not knocking DVDFAB express im just saying that it is not the only program out there that will let you backup/edit a DVD9 disc with no compression on it.

 

AnyDVD doesn't compress anything....If you are using DLs then none of the programs will need to compress the movie....

 

You do the same thing with CloneDVD, with AnyDVD running in the background. And Clone will backup to a dual layer also.

 

i have just one more question. can anyone tell me how to copy just the movie with dvdfab express? if i can't copy just the movie then i will buy anydvd. thanx
