    DVDFab5.
on the right top of the window, click the "green check circle"......> "Path Player"......> "Disable Path Player".....then close the all the windows and "re-start".

and you ready and set to "rock n roll"

P.S. after you got your back up copy. You need to go back and re-set your "Path Player" to "Enable Path Player when necessary". Re-start again to let the Program the way it was for future use.

Had the same problem. Just download the newest AnyDVD update and you should be good to go. Disc contains just bad sector protection if I'm not mistaken.

    James, James, James.....

Shrink is a 2004 program.....it have a rudimentary ripper, that can not handle newer encryptions.
Shrink need help from other programs, like DVDFab, AnyDVD, etc.

    DVDFab5 > Shrink > ImgBurn.

Not forget to "Disable the Path Player" and also to chose the right "Title Angle" confugiration "1" !!!!

I would say that you are using a "Operation System Home Edition Xp" in your computer. and that you are missing piece of software call "audio/video codec's" in another words a "small drivers" to let your PC be able to play this DVD or future DVD's using a new audio and video format on this not endding digital age of inovation !!!

    For moro info go to:
    "Glossary" on this web-site: Codec

"Downloads" the latest stable version: FFDSHOW rev. 610

"Guides" for a better understanding how this program work: www.afterdawn.com/guides/archive/ffdshow_instal_configure.cfm

    Good luck dude !

I tried this but it didn't work. Could it because I'm on dvdfab 6 instead of 5? going to try a anydvd update & hopefully that'll work. Any other programs that might work? Tried dvddecrpyter & nothing too so I'm 0-3 so far

No Program is going to Work If your Computer Isn't even Reading the Disk.

You are missing one important step. DVDFab5 or DVDFab6 will do it:

But you need to manually select the right "Title Angle" Configuration......this programs do not do it for you for this DVD (same happen with others new release's)

In this specific DVD the program trow you automaticly "Tile Angle" #16 and also have other 5 configurations to chosse from. "Only One is the "Right-One" in this case is "#1"

    I would add:

when is time to Transcode with "Shrink" you must pick "TS_Video" folder only from the DVDFab.

    @ James_c61

Given the Age of your Plextor PX-755A (4+ years), I would Opt to Buy a New Burner. I Just got one for 30 Bucks, so they are not that Expensive.

This is where I Got Mine. Let Us know what you Decide to Do.

    http://www.newegg.com

Make sure you get the Correct Type (IDE or SATA)

That's why we always need to have more than only one ace up our sleeve, I'm not devoted to only one ripper, I have like 5 different ones installed ( free and paid ones ) is like a war out there, you always have to be prepared. By the way glad you have had it solved.
