I ask because through switching computers and having done fresh installs of XP for various reasons I seem to have run out of keys for RB pro. If this has happened to you, how long did it take (after sending an e-mail) to get RB Pro up and running again?
Where did you send the email...jdobbs? You might try posting at Digital-Digest because he does frequent his support forum there.
I left him a post over at doom9 and he got back to me today. Thats whats great about RB--the creator of the program actively posts and will help you out.
Since I haven't been waiting for that long, and since he's been out of town where he couldn't do anything about it I'm assuming that if someone runs into this problem it will be taken care of pretty quick. As far as going through the proper steps if one runs into this same problem, just click the "?" button during installation on the screen where it prompts you to "get a key." It explains everything.
