I moved my computer recently, and now it just won't work properly. I purchased a video stabilizer unit to copy some old VHS movies. It won't work properly as the picture freezes. Anyone else had any problems?

Try Un-Installing and re-installing the Drivers and see if that Helps...

The only other Thing I can suggest is to take the Thing back to the Store and Get a Refund or a Trade in as the TV Wonder was a Bad Card as a PCI Card and as a USB devuice it could only get worse as USB 2.0 doesn"t have enough Bandwidth to Properly transfer Uncompressed Video to your PC which can result in low Capture Quality and Dropped Frames and Freezeing Frames on Playback which is Caused from Dropped Frames.....

The only USB Capture device you should even Get a is if the Capture device uses hardware Compression which the TV Wonder doesn"t have..PCI is still the Way to Go as USB still has Bandwidth problems because it only has a 480Mb/s Burst rate but nowere near that in sustained Data Transfer rate were for instance Firewire uses a 400Mb/s but that is a Sustained Transfer Rate which Makes firewire Still faster than USB 2.0 and PCI is still about 4 times as fast as that.....

    Cheers
